Are they really lost?

Dave and I went to New Orleans for a night and Nanny Lynn kept the boys. Their conversation went like this....

Dylan: Where's Dane?
Lynn: He is in Las Vegas with his dad.
Dylan: Are they really lost?

Muscles at work

I picked Dylan, 3,  up from school and his teacher tells me that he learned a new trick and that he is very proud of himself. He apparently has control of the muscles in his "junk" and can make it hop and he wanted to show all his friends at school. OH BOY, I have a feeling they are going to get wilder as they get older!!!!

You will have to use the hammer

Parker, 4,  has vivid dreams and sometimes wonders if his dreams are real or if they are something he dreamed during the night. Parker asks if his dreams can come true. Dave tells him that his dreams at night cannot come true but if he dreams during the day about being President one day or a doctor those dreams can come true if he works really hard. Parker then says "I want to make a video game." Dave says to Parker "Daddy went to school to learn how to make video games, maybe we can make one together." Parker says "OK dad but you have to use the hammer." So stinking cute!!!!

Bible Study

Today I started a Bible Study called Mothering Matters. After the Bible Study the boys found danelions in the parking lot. Parker blew some of his danelion and made a wish then informed me that he made a wish last time and it didn't come true. I told him that it may not have been in Gods plan for his wish to happen and he should pray about it. So he finished blowing and prayed "Dear God please can I have a monster truck with guns on the top. Mom so now will I get one. " Geeze...
